TERMS
Terms of use
Effective 18 August 2026
These terms govern use of Boundary. By signing in, creating a quick match or using a scorer code, you agree to them.
Who may use the service
You must be legally able to accept these terms. If you manage information for a club, team, tournament or player, you confirm that you have authority and any required consent to do so.
Accounts and access codes
You are responsible for your Google account and for actions taken through your Boundary session. Treat tournament invitations, match scorer codes and recovery access as confidential. Notify the service operator if you believe access has been compromised.
Accurate and lawful records
Managers and scorers must enter information honestly and use reasonable care when recording teams, players and match events. Do not impersonate another person, create misleading official records, publish unlawful or abusive content, probe the service for vulnerabilities, disrupt other users or use automated traffic that harms the service.
Public scorecards and player profiles
Cricket fixtures, scorecards, results and registered player performance may be public and may remain available as historical records. Quick-match players are excluded from the public player directory. Results become locked when a match is completed; corrections must preserve an audit trail.
Cricket rules and official status
Boundary assists with scoring but cannot represent every local playing condition without correct tournament setup and scorer input. Organizers remain responsible for adopting rules, resolving disputes and confirming official results. A Boundary scorecard is not automatically endorsed by any cricket governing body.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service reliable, but maintenance, provider outages, network loss or software defects can interrupt access. Features may change as the platform develops. Keep scorer codes available and download important match reports where appropriate.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or removed to protect users, cricket records or the service, or where these terms are materially breached. Historical match information may remain after account access ends.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for incorrect scorer input, decisions made by tournament organizers, or losses caused by circumstances outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Contact and changes
Contact rishikcaptain@gmail.com about these terms or a disputed record.
Material changes will be published with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means the updated terms apply.
